Fees and Services for Home Sellers

EIEIO.com has taken the bold step of reducing sales commissions and fees to levels that'll knock your socks off.

We're not a discount broker, but we think you'll find our rates to be irresistibly (and some think outrageously) low.

Here's how it works: (Note: the commission is divided between the listing broker and the selling broker)

EIEIO.com will list your home for a listing fee of 1.5% of the selling price. . . .

That's half of the traditional 3% that many brokers charge. You, the seller, keep the other half. If we sell your property for $300,000, for example, you'll save $4,500. EIEIO.com's minimum listing fee is a reasonable $4,000. Therefore, if your home sells for less than 267,000, you'll pay a little more than 1.5%.

You may choose to offer the selling broker 2.5% or 3% in order to ensure that your listing is competitive with other listings.

. . . But, if EIEIO.com finds a buyer for your home, we'll also reduce the selling commission to 1.5%. . . .

Again, you save 50% of the traditional selling commission. If you list your property with us and we find a buyer, you'll save a total of $9,000 on that $300,000 home! As with the listing fee, we've set a minimum selling commission of $4,000 (we can't give away the whole store!)

. . . And, if you find the buyer (one who has not been introduced to your property by any real estate agent), EIEIO.com will handle the transaction for a total fee of 2%.

A $12,000 saving on that $300,000 home. Again, more savings for you. In this case, the minimum total commission is $5,500.

No matter how you cut it, EIEIO.com will you save thousands and thousands of dollars on the sale of your home, and you'll still receive the service you expect.

How do we do it?

In a nutshell: Technology. Low fixed overhead. Three decades of real estate sales experience.

EIEIO.com. Real savings for people like you.
